According to Blizzard's article, this cute little plushie can be obtained from the 23rd of April to the 21st of May!

How can I get my hands on one?

As usual, you just need to:

1. Link your Twitch account with BattleNet: https://account.battle.net/connections
2. Watch 4 hours of a Twitch streamer who is playing World of Warcraft and has drops enabled (they will typically tag themselves).

What if I need more than one?

Simply visit them in Silvermoon City, Stormwind and Orgrimmar (respectively).
